We require a litigation lawyer to meet the demands of our expanding client base. The work will include both collaborative files and independent client responsibilities. The Davidson team is looking for a junior family law associate to join our exceptionally busy family practice. The work will include all aspects of family law – complicated corporate divisions, income and support quantification and litigation, parenting and Provincial Court – dealt with through both alternative dispute resolution processes and the Court. A successful candidate will be motivated, autonomous and places value in quality of work as well as work life balance. We have flexible working arrangements and billing targets and, while candidates will preferably have some litigation experience, this is a junior role so no set amount of time is required. Compensation is competitive based on experience.
